Wat Phrabatnampu is the famous temple situated at Thailand which is being involved for the betterment of HIV/AIDs infected children. The exact location of the temple is Lopburi which is one of the beautiful places of Thailand. The place is situated around 2 hours north to the capital Bangkok. The temple is known for its extraordinary contribution towards the help of the HIV infected kids. They have provided shelter and hospital facilities to these children.
Sir Embellish’s dream
Wat Phrabatnampu is the vision of Sir Embellish. He was the famous priest of the temple and later on he had received the honor of ‘Sir’ for his contribution towards the society. The temple activities and its social responsibilities are being carried out by this noble soul. He has established the Thammarukniveth Project in Lopburi. Under this projects, the temple has provided shelter and hospital facilities for thousands of children who are infected by HIV and AIDS. They have a new home for them where they can live happy and go to school. Sir Embellish had created this kids shelter home keeping three basic objectives in mind. They are awareness, compassion and humanity. He had stretched his helping hand to all those AIDS patients who are being abandoned by the society and by their families. Apart form Thammarukniveth, Sir Embellish had established number of schools for children. Being engineering graduate, he always gives emphasis on education. Several educational and training institutes are being established by him in periphery of Lopburi. For his significant role towards the HIV and AIDS affected children, he has also received several awards and recognition for various part of the globe.
Kids Home at Wat Phrabatnampu
Kids are the most important part of the society and the nation. They are the future of a country. Wat Phrabatnampu has believed in the same way and tried to initiate some extra ordinary thing in the city of Lopburi. They have initiated a shelter for all those children who are suffering with HIV and AIDS. The temple has created a common kids home for all these HIV affected kids. Here is a place for the children of disadvantaged social group where they can share the house and also able to get education. Kids Home has made them feel that, they are also a part of the society and they have all the rights to live a better life. I the kids home, they are going to school for education and living a happy life. They always feel the sense of security and support under this roof.

Wat Phrabatnampu has been recognized by several government and private entities for their unique contributions towards to the society. The temple has received the Mahidol Memorial Award, SEMA Thammachak Award and Karma Beauty Award for its extra ordinary contribution and humble involvement in healing and helping HIV infected children. The temple has also received Sri Reward the good society, Outstanding Citizen Award and Community Service Award for their good work to the society.
